What are our Hours of Operation?

Dillon Music is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm ET; Thursday 10am-8pm ET; Saturday 10am-3pm ET; Closed
Sunday.

What Forms of Payment do we accept?

We accept PayPal.

How do you ship and is insurance included?

Dillon Music ships via FedEx Flatrate. All FedEx shipments are insured
and any item over $200 requires an adult signature.

Duties and Taxes on International Orders?

Dillon Music is not responsible for any duties and taxes that a customer might incur on all international orders. It is
the responsibility of the customer to contact their local government for information before placing their order.

Do I have to pay New Jersey Sales Tax?

Dillon Music has two retail locations here in Woodbridge, New Jersey. If you are making a purchase in-side our
retail location you will be charged New Jersey Sales Tax. However, if you are placing a phone or web order and
your items are being shipped across state lines; you are not subject to New Jersey state tax.

What happens when my item is out of stock?

Dillon Music tries to keep the most items possible in stock; however sometimes items will not be available for
immediate shipping. Customers are not charged until their items have arrived and are ready to ship. Please keep in
mind our web site does not indicate stock. We will do our best to get your items to you are quickly as possible.
